About the Role
- Lead assigned Gas Turbine LTP projects across the Asia Pacific region, with full ownership of execution, delivery, and project outcomes.
- Ensure project delivery meets scope, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Manage project cost, invoicing, cash flow, risks and opportunities, claims, and change order potential.
- Build reliable customer relationships through transparent communication, sound judgment, and solution-oriented execution.
- Collaborate with Onshore Project Management, Engineering, Field Service, Procurement, Finance, and Sales to resolve technical, operational, and commercial topics.
- A BS in Engineering or a related field of study.
- Significant project management experience, ideally in Gas Turbine service business and/or Long-Term Program execution.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of project execution in the power generation industry.
- Experience managing customer interfaces and coordinating cross-functional teams in an international business environment.
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a project manager
- Structured communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, business proficiency in German and English, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Project Management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI or comparable) is considered an advantage.
