A Snapshot of Your Day!
The role is essential for maintaining and enhancing strategic assets of Sales and Service business functions which are central to the Transformation of Industry's digital services. To meet these objectives, the role will focus on two core areas: advanced AI application development and robust solution architecture. This involves hands-on development using Generative AI and RAG frameworks, as well as managing the full application lifecycle from design and deployment to maintenance and continuous improvement. Given the focus on cutting-edge AI and application stability, the ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in .NET, python, cloud platforms, and GenAI technologies. As senior professionals, they will be expected to work independently on complex problems, manage development processes, and provide technical guidance to other team members.
How You’ll Make an Impact.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI applications utilizing Generative AI (GenAI) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing AI solutions, including RepairSelect and OTD, to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the testing and deployment of AI models and associated application components.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI applications, from data preprocessing and model training to API integration and production monitoring.
- Define and document the technical architecture for new and existing AI systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and scalability.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and frameworks for AI projects to optimize performance and cost.
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Coach and review the work of junior engineers, promoting best practices in software engineering, MLOps, and secure coding.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with a significant focus on building and deploying production-level AI/ML solutions.
- Demonstrable experience developing applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and RAG architectures.
- Experience working in an agile environment and managing projects/processes with limited supervision.
- AI & Data Science - Python (Programming Language), Generative AI, RAG Frameworks, SQL (Programming Language), Analytical Skills
- Software & Cloud Engineering- Cloud Services, DevOps, CI/CD, Application Programming Interface (API), Microservices
