How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will lead the full lifecycle of the Unify rollout for Grid Technologies, ensuring adherence to global templates, timelines, and budgets.
- You will define the rollout strategy, governance structure, and communication plans while overseeing resource allocation and financial management.
- You will act as the ambassador for the Unify programme, building strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders.
- You will identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies, escalating critical issues promptly to programme leadership.
- You will oversee training and change management activities, promoting the adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.
What You Bring
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- You have a proven track record in leading large-scale ERP or SAP transformation programmes, with strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and global template rollouts.
- You possess familiarity with SAP modules relevant to Grid Technologies, such as Procurement, Logistics, and Finance, along with an understanding of IT testing cycles, data migration, and integration processes.
- You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and influencing abilities across all organizational levels, resilient under pressure, and adaptable to complex environments.
