About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day You start your day aligning with business stakeholders on ongoing AI initiatives across Gas Service Services Business area, ensuring visibility, alignment, and scalability of use cases across the business area.
You facilitate discussions on the AI roadmap, connecting teams working on similar topics and enabling reuse of solutions instead of duplication. You may then switch to driving a proof-of-concept within R&D and Engineering, unlocking AI capabilities and translating them into tangible business value.
You collaborate with university partners or internal teams to shape future AI research topics, define business cases, and align funding and delivery plans. You close the day by reviewing progress across your AI portfolio and preparing insights for leadership on impact, risks, and next steps.

You will be part of the Digital Consulting team within the APB PESV organization, a global team focused on driving data and AI-powered transformation across Siemens Energy’s Service Business. Working closely with business units, IT, and external partners, the team acts as a bridge between strategic vision and execution—accelerating adoption of AI capabilities, promoting reuse of solutions, and supporting the company’s digital and service transformation journey.
