About the Role

- Responsibility for development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of tooling data, tool kits, and standards to enable efficient global operations
- Ownership of tooling master data quality, including specifications, drawings, certificates, inspection records, and adherence to global naming conventions
- Support of tool lifecycle management, including introduction of new tools, phase-out of obsolete equipment, and documentation management
- Provision of reliable data foundations for outage planning, procurement, and Tool Center operations while ensuring operational readiness
- Driving standardization and optimization of tool kits based on fleet development, operational requirements, and feedback from outages and regions
- Execution of on-site tool assessments and contribution to EHS and ZERO HARM objectives, including knowledge sharing and preparation for training responsibilities
- Completed Technician or vocational qualification (IHK) in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of tooling such as power, hydraulic, measuring, hand tools, and lifting equipment; familiarity with manufacturing processes as a plus
- Experience with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 for data handling and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and detail-oriented working style
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in international and intercultural environments with competing priorities
- Interest in knowledge sharing and development toward a training role, with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset
