- Vision, strategy, and functional leadership for the global Cables & Connectors commodity organization, including cross-functional alignment and transformation initiatives
- AI- and digital-driven transformation of Direct Material CMPH, enabling data-driven decision-making, sourcing optimization, and sustainable supply chain value creation
- Functional management, development, and coaching of commodity management teams, including contract management, supplier relationship management, and strategy execution
- Definition and optimization of commodity structures and organizational setups in collaboration with Heads of Strategic Procurement and key stakeholders
- Development and implementation of forward-looking commodity ecosystem strategies aligned with business requirements and global commodity circles.
- Negotiation, award, and governance of global framework agreements and price lists with strategic suppliers in line with business and market requirements.
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience across multiple procurement functions, with proven success in global matrix organizations, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and complex supply chain environments; established network within the Cables & Connectors supplier landscape desirable.
- Strong expertise in AI, data analytics, and digital procurement tools, combined with in-depth commodity, market, product, and end-to-end supply chain knowledge, as well as advanced procurement and negotiation capabilities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, intercultural competence, leadership, and the ability to drive transformation in complex global environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English; German proficiency is an advantage; willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20%).
