Join us as the EIT Program Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the Engineer in Training (EIT) program within the Gas Services’ Outage Controls & Support organization. You will manage the full program lifecycle, from designing and administering the curriculum to overseeing logistical coordination and the development pipeline of our future technical talent. Imagine leading a dynamic team, fostering collaboration across departments, and driving continuous improvement to align the program with business objectives. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and effectiveness of our technical workforce, making a lasting impact on our organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design, administer, and control the EIT curriculum, ensuring high-quality content development, scheduling, and implementation standards.
- Manage all logistical aspects of the program, coordinating travel-based learning events, training sessions, and cross-functional rotational assignments.
- Oversee the program budget and resource allocation, providing financial status updates and performance metrics to leadership.
- Lead and mentor the EIT program administrative team, ensuring effective execution and support of the program.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the EIT program, continuously evaluating its effectiveness through participant and stakeholder feedback.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in technical project or program management, with a proven track record of managing professionals or leading teams in a technical or corporate environment.
- Strong skills in budgeting, resource allocation, and forecasting, enabling effective management of financial aspects of the program.
- Adept at stakeholder management and relationship building, with the ability to influence and secure resources across the organization.
- Willing to travel 30% domestically.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
