You will shape regional processes, define strategic priorities, and ensure alignment with global standards, business objectives, and customer expectations. This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact from day one by strengthening supplier performance, driving cost and cash improvements, improving resilience across the supply chain, and helping to establish a future-ready operating model for Transformer Services in North America. You will work closely with business leadership and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment.

  • Own and deliver the Procurement & Supply Chain strategy for the Transformer Service Facility in line with business objectives and company guidelines.
  • Act as a trusted partner to business leadership and represent Procurement & Supply Chain in key management and decision-making forums.
  • Deliver measurable value through savings, EBIT contribution, cash flow improvement, and working capital optimisation, and establish and drive KPIs, governance routines, and performance reviews to increase transparency and support continuous improvement.
  • Define and implement supplier strategies, including sourcing, supplier relationship management, and supplier development, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and commodity management.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks to strengthen resilience and safeguard business continuity. Lead critical supplier negotiations and act as the final escalation point for supplier-related issues.

  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
