About the Role
- Leadership of cross-functional teams in supplier qualification and auditing to ensure compliance with company quality standards
- Monitoring of supplier performance, initiation of corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement programs
- Definition and implementation of quality metrics to track performance, assess risks, and ensure proactive issue resolution
- Development and delivery of training programs for quality teams on testing methods, regulatory requirements, and quality systems
- Maintenance and enhancement of quality management systems to ensure compliance and reduce defects across the product lifecycle
- Building and managing strong supplier relationships with a focus on transparency, accountability, and shared quality targets
- Degree in engineering with experience in research and development or production technology and strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and risk management
- Proven expertise in quality standards and tools such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and root cause analysis, as well as regulatory compliance
- Experience in establishing and managing quality assurance systems across complex supply chains and product lifecycles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data evaluation, root cause identification, and implementation of corrective actions
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in working with cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and procurement
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and represent quality topics effectively at all organizational levels
