About the Role
- Drive integrated resilience: Establish a standardized approach across risk, BCM, and crisis management to strengthen transparency and resilience
- Link risk to action: Translate risks into BIAs, continuity strategies, and effective crisis response and recovery measures
- Build proactive culture: Promote resilience through training, awareness initiatives, simulations, and best practice sharing
- Enable informed decisions: Ensure clear monitoring, reporting, and escalation for fast, data-driven leadership decisions
- Assure preparedness: Conduct audits, assessments, and crisis exercises to validate readiness and compliance
- Maintain governance systems: Manage risk registers, crisis frameworks, and reporting structures for control and continuous improvement
- Education & certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience, plus certifications in Internal Auditing, Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management
- Quality & project expertise: Strong knowledge of QM methods/tools and solid project management experience
- Analytical & process skills: Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex processes, dependencies, and risk interrelations
- Manufacturing & BCM expertise: Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and proven experience in business continuity management
- Stakeholder & facilitation skills: Strong ability to lead workshops, coach stakeholders, and align cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Audit & systems experience: Extensive background in quality and process management, IMS/ISMS, ISO audits (9001, 14001, 45001), and application of methods like 8D and FMEA
