About the Role
- Leading the end-to-end lifecycle of 2-3 concurrent digitalization projects, defining scope, building schedules, and allocating resources to meet objectives
- Identifying and analyzing project risks, issues, and dependencies before they become blocking factors
- Developing, refining, and enforcing project management methodologies, best practices, and templates, and manage the central repository for project documentation
- Mentoring and supporting project teams and junior professionals on PM standards, fostering a collaborative culture of excellence
- Partnering closely with stakeholders, consolidating project status, financial data, and performance metrics into clear reports, and facilitate regular status meetings to keep everyone aligned
- University degree in Business Administration or a similar field
- Many years of experience in a PMO or managing multiple complex projects, supported by a PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or GPM certification
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI and Agile
- Demonstrated experience working independently on complex projects with limited supervision, ideally within a multinational team
- Strong analytical skills, including budgeting expertise and hands-on proficiency with Power BI
- Very Good German and English Language Skills, both written and spoken
