A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our Digital Governance & Excellence team and take the lead on 2-3 concurrent digitalization projects that shape how our organization works. You set the standard by defining and refining the project management practices and templates that teams rely on every day, while staying committed to consistency and clarity. You drive each project forward from initiation through closure, confidently balancing schedules and resources. Your task is to bring people together, consolidate data from multiple projects into reports that keep leadership aligned and informed.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Leading the end-to-end lifecycle of 2-3 concurrent digitalization projects, defining scope, building schedules, and allocating resources to meet objectives
- Identifying and analyzing project risks, issues, and dependencies before they become blocking factors
- Developing, refining, and enforcing project management methodologies, best practices, and templates, and manage the central repository for project documentation
- Mentoring and supporting project teams and junior professionals on PM standards, fostering a collaborative culture of excellence
- Partnering closely with stakeholders, consolidating project status, financial data, and performance metrics into clear reports, and facilitate regular status meetings to keep everyone aligned
What You Bring
- University degree in Business Administration or a similar field
- Many years of experience in a PMO or managing multiple complex projects, supported by a PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or GPM certification
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI and Agile
- Demonstrated experience working independently on complex projects with limited supervision, ideally within a multinational team
- Strong analytical skills, including budgeting expertise and hands-on proficiency with Power BI
- Very Good German and English Language Skills, both written and spoken
