About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as a Global Mobility Policy Data Analyst at Siemens Energy, where you will play a vital role in supporting our Global Mobility (GM) Policy team. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and vendors to maintain policy data, documentation, and content. Your day will involve producing actionable reports and insights, as well as supporting policy review activities and communications. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact on our global mobility operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Data Management, Reporting & Analytics: You will maintain and quality-check global mobility policy and benefit data across systems, platforms, and trackers (e.g., Benivo, HRIS, cost estimate tools), ensuring accuracy in logic and rules. You will produce regular and ad-hoc reports, highlighting trends and translating findings into actionable insights that inform policy improvements and future design.
Assignment Documentation & Operational Support: You will maintain and update assignment documentation templates (assignment letters, checklists, decision trees, email templates, etc.). You will draft assignment documentation based on policy guidance and coordinate inputs with specialists in the Global Mobility team to ensure completeness and compliance.
Technology, Systems & Digital Enhancement: You will support the successful implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the Benivo platform and other internal tools, including content updates and quality checks. You will identify opportunities for simplification and automation, keeping SharePoint and other digital folders organized and audit-ready.
General Global Mobility Support: You will coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to gather input, track actions, and resolve queries. You will provide reliable administrative support during peak periods, assisting with policy rollout and review cycles.
Administrative & Team Support: You will organize and support team meetings, capturing minutes, actions, and follow-ups. You will create and format slide decks for policy review meetings and ensure high-quality documentation standards.
