Within our Gas Services business, we are seeking an experienced Project Procurement Professional to drive procurement excellence and deliver maintenance solutions for Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine Generator fleets

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead and take full ownership of end-to-end procurement activities across complex Gas Services maintenance projects
  • Drive procurement strategies aligned with project objectives, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance
  • Manage complex RFQs, perform advanced bid evaluations, and lead high-value commercial negotiations
  • Develop and execute supplier strategies, including qualification, development, and long-term relationship management
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives, value engineering, and total cost of ownership improvements
  • Lead supplier performance management and implement corrective actions where required
  • Negotiate and finalize complex contracts, framework agreements, and service terms & conditions
  • Proactively identify supply chain risks and implement robust mitigation plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Legal, and global procurement teams

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Extensive experience in project procurement, preferably within energy, power generation, or industrial services
  • Strong expertise in Gas Turbine / Steam Turbine maintenance services procurement is highly desirable
  • Proven track record in leading complex sourcing projects and high-value negotiations
  • Deep commercial acumen with strong understanding of contracts, risk management, and supplier markets
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in a cross-functional, global environment
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and digital procurement tools

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
