A Snapshot of Your Day
As PM / Scrum Master for Digital Finance, you sit at the intersection of delivery and transformation. You keep agile teams focused, unblocked, and moving — while ensuring that the digitalization projects you oversee are grounded in real finance processes and tied to tangible business outcomes. Your day spans sprint ceremonies, dependency tracking, stakeholder updates, and close collaboration with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data & AI/ML Engineers, BI developers, and finance leads across TI’s business units.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Drive Agile Delivery

    • Facilitate sprint ceremonies — stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives — to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement.
    • Use agile methods to project manage multiple digitalization initiatives simultaneously, maintaining pace and quality across the portfolio.
    • Support teams in keeping project planning tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) up to date — monitoring engagement, status accuracy, and documentation completeness.
  • Remove Impediments and Manage Dependencies

    • Proactively identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth workflow and on-time delivery of project milestones.
    • Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies — communicating potential impacts on timelines early and facilitating alignment on priorities and responsibilities.
  • Lead Projects End to End

    • Act as project lead for digitalization initiatives within TI, owning scope definition, milestone planning, and delivery accountability.
    • Support project scope definition, schedule, tasks, and objectives — translating business requirements from the finance domain into structured, executable delivery plans.
    • Enforce strong project governance and delivery discipline (e.g., release frameworks, product lifecycle), ensuring clarity of requirements and preventing scope creep.
    • Drive cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams across business units, keeping diverse stakeholders aligned and accountable.
  • Engage Stakeholders and Support Change

    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with business communities, understanding their operational and informational needs.
    • Provide clear, timely reporting on project status, budget impacts, and objective progress to management and business units.
    • Support change management associated with digital transformation — ensuring teams are prepared and equipped to adopt new processes and technologies.
    • Act as a role model for the digital finance transformation, embodying agile ways of working and a continuous improvement mindset.

What You Bring

  • Expert-level project management skills across both agile and classic methodologies, with hands-on experience running Scrum ceremonies and managing delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Solid understanding of finance processes — record to report, purchase to pay, order to cash — sufficient to engage credibly with finance stakeholders and translate their needs into delivery requirements.
  • Working familiarity with enterprise tools such as Alteryx, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Jira, or Confluence — enough to support teams without being the technical expert in the room.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — results-oriented, empathic, and effective as both sender and receiver of complex, multi-stakeholder information.
  • Formal certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) or project management (e.g., PMP); university degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in English.
