You design and deliver control systems that keep energy plants running safely and efficiently. Using tools like AutoCAD and Eplan, you turn engineering concepts into clear and reliable automation cabinet designs. Part of your time is spent in the office, and part on-site installing and improving systems for customers. You troubleshoot issues, support upgrades, and work closely with global teams. Every day, you build your skills and move closer to leading your own projects.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design automation cabinets for gas and steam turbine control systems using CAD/CAE tools
- Install, upgrade, and extend control systems both in-house and at customer sites
- Support projects by preparing RFQs and reviewing technical offers with other teams
- Test systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
- Troubleshoot issues remotely and on-site, and recommend effective solutions to customers
What You Bring
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Experience designing automation cabinets with AutoCAD, Eplan, Elcad or similar tools
- Knowledge of Siemens systems (T3000, S7) and field engineering tasks (cable routing, plant layouts)
- Familiarity with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Willingness to travel and work on customer sites when required

CompensationThe total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 60.000 – € 70.000 gross per year.
Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market.
Where a role may be performed in multiple locations in Italy or abroad, compensation will vary depending on factors such as market conditions, including the local cost of living, as well as experience and qualifications. In such cases, the specific salary range for the location of interest will be communicated in the early stages of the recruitment process and, in any case, before any potential offer of employment is made.
