You will embed quality management principles throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating closely with the Project Manager (PM) and Commercial Project Manager (CPM) to drive successful outcomes. Imagine being at the heart of safeguarding project integrity, supporting continuous improvement, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality results that align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate with the PM and CPM to integrate quality objectives into project planning and execution, actively participating in project meetings to facilitate successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in alignment with GT Service and customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy quality standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements throughout all project activities.
  • Plan and conduct internal and external audits and inspections, utilizing Enablon for documentation and tracking of findings.
  • Lead the management of non-conformances, including root cause analysis and corrective actions, while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the GT SE Service business.

What You Bring

  • A technical apprenticeship or vocational qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND) in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • An internal auditor qualification (e.g., ISO 9001 Internal Auditor) is essential, with supplier and lead auditor qualifications being beneficial.
  • Several years of practical experience in quality management, preferably within the Transmission & Distribution or service industry.
  • A solid understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and project processes, with experience in large-scale industrial service projects being highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
