A Snapshot of Your Day
Join Siemens Energy’s Iberia Sales team and lead the charge in transforming high-voltage power systems across the region. You’ll drive the development and delivery of technical and commercial offers for Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) solutions, while supporting Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) projects. You’ll engage directly with customers, design innovative solutions, and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. Every day, you’ll collaborate with engineering, project management, and legal teams to ensure your proposals are both creative and feasible—making a real impact on the energy landscape in Iberia. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the preparation of technical and commercial offers for AIS high-voltage systems, supporting GIS solutions as needed.
- Analyze customer requirements and design tailored, value-driven solutions for AIS applications.
- Deliver engaging sales bids, presentations, and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and legal teams to ensure feasibility, profitability, and effective risk management.
- Manage large sales projects, maintain accurate forecasts, and coach team members in offer preparation.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the high-voltage sector, with a strong focus on AIS substations.
- Proven expertise in preparing technical-commercial proposals for AIS systems; experience with GIS solutions is a plus.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Occasional business trips across Iberia will be required.
