- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for data analytics and visualization solutions that transform machine, sensor, and operational data into actionable insights for technical users in the energy sector.
- Engage with customers, domain experts, and stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate them into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized development goals.
- Drive agile product delivery in a cross-functional setup, aligning software engineering, UX/UI, domain experts, and business stakeholders to deliver valuable product increments in a structured and iterative way.
- Shape intuitive analytics and visualization experiences that enable users to monitor asset behavior, identify trends and deviations, investigate issues, and support reliability and performance-related decision-making.
- Use product performance data, user feedback, and market insights to continuously improve the product, increase adoption, and ensure that new capabilities create measurable operational and customer value.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally for data-driven, analytics, software, or engineering-related products, with strong ownership of roadmap, backlog, and value-based prioritization.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and visualization in technical environments, including dashboards, KPIs, reporting, and data-driven workflows for operational or industrial use cases.
- Solid domain affinity for industrial or energy-related machine data, with the ability to understand asset behavior, performance trends, condition-related insights, and root cause-oriented analysis workflows.
- Structured product leadership in agile environments, with hands-on experience in Scrum and/or Kanban and the ability to bring clarity, focus, and prioritization to distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical contexts into clear product decisions and collaborate effectively with engineering, UX/UI, business, and customer-facing teams.
