A Snapshot of Your Day

You will communicate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and define requirements for sales and CRM solutions within Siemens Energy.

The role focuses on development, architecture, and project leadership on the Salesforce.com platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to solution design, delivering projects, and ensuring alignment with business goals in a global, collaborative environment.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead technical implementation on Salesforce-related topics
  • Maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including business representatives, external vendors, and internal partners
  • Contribute to the Salesforce architecture group and support solution design
  • Support business units by translating requirements into user stories and scalable solutions
  • Promote cross-organizational collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring quality and alignment with business needs


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Solution Architect
  • Experience with Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working in an international and intercultural environment
  • Proven delivery experience across multiple countries and locations
  • Salesforce certifications and Copado experience are a plus
  • Background in Business Analysis or Project Management is beneficial


About the Team

You will be part of the Siemens Energy CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Value Center, a global IT team specializing in CRM applications and technologies.

The team delivers enterprise-level solutions using platforms such as Salesforce.com, Tacton, and other sales and marketing tools. It supports business functions across IT, HR, Finance, Real Estate, and Strategy & Technology, enabling the organization to achieve its goals through best-in-class services and solutions.
