About the Role
- Functioning as an interface between regional teams/execution units and corporate leadership, including facilitation of efficient communication and collaboration to ensure a unified EQS approach
- Coordination and driving of the global EQS strategy from a governance perspective, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements
- Establishment and tracking of global quality performance metrics, including data analysis for trend identification and derivation of improvement actions
- Support of regions and execution units in ensuring effective, consistent implementation of systems, processes, and regulations
- Promotion of best practice sharing and facilitation of training initiatives to strengthen a unified EQS mindset and ensure consistent execution across the global organization
- Identification of opportunities for quality standardization and initiation of continuous improvement activities across the GT business
- Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, Masters degree preferred, with 5+ yrs of professional experience in EQS or Quality Management, including a proven track record in managing global or multi-regional programs and projects
- Strong understanding of quality management tools and systems, combined with general knowledge of EHS principles and familiarity with international standards such as ISO 9001, including experience in governance and oversight
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills, including fluent proficiency in German and English
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and to manage complex projects across diverse cultural environments
- Proven capability in navigating complex organizational structures and driving initiatives effectively without formal reporting lines
