Field Service Resource Planning & Scheduling
- Plan, schedule, and dispatch field service engineers for maintenance, installation, and commissioning activities, primarily for Italy and Spain.
- Manage and optimize the allocation of technical resources based on skill sets, availability, location, and project priority.
- Proactively identify and resolve complex scheduling conflicts, resource shortages, and potential service delivery risks.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term resource forecasts to align with business demand and project pipelines.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison for resource requests from project managers, service line managers, and regional country organizations.
- Collaborate with third-party contractors to ensure the seamless integration of external resources into project plans.
- Communicate schedule confirmations, changes, and potential impacts to all relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals on resource planning processes and best practices.
- Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on resource utilization, project fulfillment rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze scheduling data and workflows to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning tools, systems, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in establishing and tracking project performance metrics to measure scheduling effectiveness and service quality.
