A Snapshot of Your Day

As part of your work, you will analyze upcoming market trends and derive the technical requirements for new products from them. In doing so, you accompany the development of new disconnectors and DTC switchgear in close cooperation with our R&D experts and control the process using agile methods. Together with our sales and marketing teams, you develop strategies and promotional materials to ensure that our products successfully establish themselves in the market. You experience the exciting entry into the product life cycle first-hand by accompanying the development through to the market launch. In addition, You carry out internal projects at the plant and support the management in overarching tasks. Part of your working environment is an international team that is always available to advise thanks to its diverse expertise.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Listen to and understand customer, cluster and sales feedback, evaluate product opportunities.
• Create and maintain business cases to define the most rewarding product developments.
• Define R&D projects for portfolio optimization.
• Create Product strategy and define the product development roadmap
• Support the business areas in creating an optimum product in order to meet the product strategy and targets
• Assure smooth factory and market introduction of portfolio optimizations
• Monitor market and perform technical/commercial analyses of competitor products
• Enable a high-performing culture focusing on learning and continuous improvement, with an engaged and motivated workforce

What You Bring

• In-depth technical knowledge in the field of high-voltage technology and circuit breakers
• General sales experience or dealing with customers
• Experience in project management in an international environment
• Curiosity to grow and learn the latest technical solutions
