About the Role
Snapshot of Your Day:
Support the development and implementation of HR's new Artificial Intelligence strategy. Be responsible for architecting and guiding the delivery of AI solutions for top-priority HR projects across the organization. Focus on three core areas: identifying high-value AI use cases across HR, designing scalable solution architectures that integrate with existing systems, and overseeing the project lifecycle from concept to adoption.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- AI Strategy & Use Case Development
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across the HR value chain, including Talent Acquisition, HR Services, and Compensation.
- Translate complex HR business challenges into structured AI transformation initiatives, defining clear problem statements and value cases.
- Facilitate AI discovery workshops with HR leaders and functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, AI agents, and decision support.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the long-term HR AI roadmap and transformation strategy.
- Solution Architecture & Design
- Design comprehensive AI-enabled HR process concepts, outlining how solutions will integrate with existing HR platforms like Workday.
- Develop solution architectures that align with enterprise standards, data governance, and responsible AI principles.
- Act as the subject matter expert on AI capabilities, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents, advising on their practical application.
- Create technical specifications and blueprints for AI pilots and proof-of-concepts to ensure a clear path to production deployment.
- Project Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with AI engineers, IT departments, and solution providers to guide the technical implementation of AI concepts into scalable solutions.
- Manage the execution of AI pilots, defining success metrics and measuring business impact.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders, driving AI adoption through effective change management, communication, and capability-building.
- Coach and review the work of junior professionals involved in AI project delivery.
What You Bring:
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Recognized subject matter expert with extensive professional experience in AI consulting, digital transformation, or technology-driven process improvement, preferably within an enterprise function like HR.
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects or processes with limited oversight and coaching lower-level professionals.
- The ability to translate business needs into solution concepts, and excellent stakeholder management skills to drive change within the HR function.
- Skills in areas such as: Technical & AI Expertise (Application Programming Interface (API)), business Strategy & Consulting, Project & Process Management
