A Snapshot of Your Day As SAP Ariba SCC / AGB Service Owner, you are responsible for the strategic roadmap, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of the supplier collaboration platform. You act as the key interface between business stakeholders, suppliers, IT teams, and service providers, ensuring stable operations, seamless integrations, and efficient procurement and supply chain collaboration processes. Additionally, you drive supplier enablement, manage platform enhancements and releases, and support digital transformation initiatives across the supply chain. How You’ll Make an Impact - Ownership and governance of the SAP Ariba SCC / AGB platform roadmap, release management, and continuous service improvement
- Coordination of supplier onboarding, enablement activities, and maintenance of training and support documentation
- Governance and optimization of procurement collaboration processes, including PO collaboration, ASNs, and scheduling agreement releases
- Oversight of system integrations, data exchange processes, and Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) connectivity with SAP S/4HANA and ECC
- Stakeholder management, business requirements gathering, process mapping, and translation of operational needs into technical solutions
- Application support, incident and problem management, user training, authorization support, and contribution to procurement digital transformation initiatives
What You Bring - Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in application support, service management, and procurement or supply chain collaboration processes
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), and SAP Ariba Guided Buying
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support and optimize business processes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and organizational skills
- Professional proficiency in German and English, combined with a service-oriented and continuous improvement mindset
