About the Role
- Drive the execution of the “Synthetic Center" transformation initiatives across the Component Business
- Translate strategic targets into concrete improvement measures at value stream level
- Establish transparency on performance, demand, and capacity within the Synthetic Center framework
- Apply Lean and Operational Excellence methodologies to deliver measurable impact
- Act as single point of contact for assigned initiatives towards factories and functions
- Ensure structured tracking of KPIs, progress, and business impact, aligned with central governance
- Degree in engineering, business, or comparable
- Strong experience in transformation, operations, or operational excellence
- Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
- Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent stakeholder management in an international environment
