Join Siemens Energy and take the lead in shaping an end-to-end supply chain for Small Gas Turbines within GS Distributed. You step into a senior role with full ownership across New Unit and Service Parts, balancing cost, quality, delivery, and risk in a global, complex environment. Working side by side with Supplier Quality, Commodity Management, Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations, you align strategy with daily execution. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and steer the full supply chain for your scope, owning cost, quality, delivery, and risk outcomes.
- Take accountability for supply chain performance, including results beyond direct organizational control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the value chain to align priorities and delivery.
- Manage procurement activities for New Unit and Service Parts in line with business demand.
- Define and execute sourcing strategies aligned with Siemens Energy governance, while driving cost reduction, value creation, lead-time improvements, and risk mitigation.
What You Bring
- A university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or another relevant field.
- Extensive experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a comparable industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, supplier management, manufacturing interfaces, and planning processes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Excellent stakeholder management and clear, confident communication skills.
- Business travel readiness as part of the role.
About the Team
You will join the GS Distributed procurement organization supporting the Small Gas Turbines business. The team holds end-to-end responsibility for defining and delivering procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with programme delivery and long-term growth plans. Working within a strong global procurement community, the team partners closely with Supplier Quality, Commodity Management, Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations. The focus is on building a robust, competitive, and resilient supply chain. You will have opportunities to influence strategy and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
