SGRE is looking for a professional Service Operations Manager (SOM) to join the services team. Covering the O&M – Long Term Service Agreement, for our Wind Farm. Our SOMs strive to harmonize the needs of our customers with our SGRE values and goals in the best possible way. In doing so, they always have costs and deadlines under control without losing the right feeling for their project team and fellow human beings. They give their all to exceed safety, health, environmental and quality requirements.
How You’ll Make an Impact
· Project management in the energy field, wind industry is preferable
- Responsible for the technical and economic success of the project and customer satisfaction
- Exchange of experience with the entire project management team and the respective units
- Professional leadership of an interdisciplinary and intercultural project team
- Representation of the project within the organization and proactive communication
What You Bring
- An academic degree in Engineering or equivalent experience from the Wind Industry or a related technical field
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in energy projects, wind energy projects is preferable.
- Professional experience leading projects in full responsibility including negotiations, contract management and change management.
- Certification as a Project Manager such as PM@Siemens, IPMA or PMI is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English
- Communication skills, empathy and a high degree of team spirit, as well as initiative, results orientation, decision-making and organizational skills round off your profile
