- Drive continual improvement and lean projects to enhance the cell and department’s performance.
- Align with quality, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of quality parts.

- Control headcount and financial budgets effectively.

What You Bring
- You have experience in a manufacturing environment, which is advantageous.
- Possess proven people-management skills.
- Have a solid understanding of machining and fitting processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have further computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Possess good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- You have a proactive outlook towards work and continuous improvement.
- Flexible to work shifts and overtime as required.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division is dedicated to providing low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We offer zero or low-emission power generation solutions, integrating all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof. Our focus is on identifying decarbonization opportunities through modernization, digitalization, and fleet optimization.
