As a Lead Project Manager AI Transformation, you drive the execution of Siemens Energy’s most critical AI initiatives across Grid Technologies, ensuring they move from ambition to measurable business impact. You work closely with business, IT, and digital teams to structure initiatives, align priorities, and keep delivery on track.
Your day revolves around steering progress across multiple AI initiatives—reviewing milestones, resolving dependencies, and enabling faster decision-making. You actively engage with stakeholders to clarify scope, manage trade-offs, and ensure alignment on outcomes.
You facilitate working sessions to unblock delivery, refine roadmaps, and strengthen execution discipline across teams. At the same time, you maintain a clear governance rhythm, providing transparent updates to senior leadership and ensuring risks are addressed early.
Throughout the day, your focus remains on turning complex, cross-functional AI initiatives into structured, executable programs—ensuring that ideas are not only validated, but delivered, adopted, and generating measurable business value.

How You’ll Make an Impact

§ Drive AI Initiative Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of AI use cases—from concept to scalable deployment—ensuring measurable business impact

§ Translate Strategy into Delivery: Convert AI strategy and ideas into structured roadmaps, defining scope, data needs, and implementation paths

§ Shape High-Impact Use Cases: Identify and refine AI opportunities by assessing feasibility, data readiness, and expected ROI

§ Orchestrate Cross-Functional Delivery: Align business, IT, data science, and engineering teams to ensure coordinated and timely execution

§ Ensure Scalable AI Implementation: Work with technical teams to move solutions beyond pilots into production-ready deployments

§ Strengthen Portfolio Execution: Support prioritization and sequencing of AI initiatives based on value, complexity, and resource capacity

§ Enable Business Adoption: Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure AI solutions are adopted and deliver tangible performance improvements

§ Embed Responsible AI: Ensure all initiatives follow standards for data governance, compliance, and ethical AI usage

What You Bring

· 5–8 years experience leading digital, data, or AI-driven transformation initiatives

· Proven track record delivering AI or advanced analytics use cases into production

· Strong understanding of AI concepts (e.g., ML models, data pipelines, model lifecycle)

· Ability to assess feasibility of AI use cases (data readiness, complexity, business fit)

· Experience working with data scientists, ML engineers, and IT delivery teams

· Solid program/project management skills across complex, cross-functional environments

· Strong stakeholder management, translating technical concepts into business decisions

· Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices

· Experience scaling AI solutions beyond pilots into enterprise-wide adoption

· Exposure to industrial or engineering-driven environments (e.g., energy, manufacturing)

· Understanding of MLOps, deployment pipelines, or integration into enterprise system
