A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Senior Consultant Operational Excellence, you lead complex transformation initiatives across Grid Technologies, ensuring measurable improvements in cost, productivity, and cycle time. You operate at the core of business transformation, translating strategic priorities into executable programs.
Your day revolves around structuring and steering end-to-end process improvements—aligning stakeholders, defining target operating models, and driving execution across functions. You actively engage senior leaders to challenge the status quo, prioritize initiatives, and ensure decisions are made with speed and clarity.
You facilitate high-impact workshops to redesign processes, unlock inefficiencies, and embed scalable solutions. At the same time, you ensure governance, KPI tracking, and transparency across initiatives—keeping leadership informed and transformation on track.
Throughout the day, your focus remains on turning fragmented operations into standardized, high-performing systems—ensuring transformation delivers sustained business impact.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive E2E Transformation: Lead complex process improvements across core value chains
- Deliver Measurable Impact: Achieve tangible gains in cost, cycle time, and productivity
- Design Target Operating Models: Define scalable and standardized process frameworks
- Orchestrate Execution: Align business, IT, and operations for integrated delivery
- Enable Digital Transformation: Identify automation and AI-driven improvement opportunities
- Strengthen Performance Management: Establish KPI transparency and governance structures
- Influence Leadership Decisions: Engage senior stakeholders on priorities and trade-offs
- Scale Best Practices: Transfer methodologies across teams and global sites
What You Bring
- 6–10 years in operational excellence or transformation roles
- Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes
- Strong expertise in process design and optimization methods
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs
- Excellent stakeholder management at senior leadership level
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience with digital, automation, or AI-driven initiatives
- Background in industrial, energy, or manufacturing environments
