Cross-Division services Mode of employment: Full time only SE RE RoW India is looking to recruit an experienced Property manager responsible for Siemens Energy operations across India Siemens Energy locations Mission: Manage the real estate assets including owned property and external leased properties business within the respective locations (operation companies & offices) with a focus on Siemens Energy space and service requirements within the existing portfolio including full budget responsibility
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Reports to Head of RE APAC & Japan, Head of ROW Fin, APAC Finance Controller, BA partner; Real estate agents & consultants; Siemens Energy Operating Companies in the country; Siemens Energy Regional Company & Business Division Representatives; Customers, Facility Management service providers, Vendors; External landlords & lessees etc.
- Real Estate Operations: Responsible for full compliance (regulatory and internal guidelines including safety) site operations and facility management (technical & soft services), preventive maintenance, refurbishments/tenant improvements, supplier coordination, invoice/measurement checks, and continuous service improvement.
- Construction / Fit-out Project Management: Lead CAPEX and Maintenance projects end-to- end incl. corporate offices, warehouses, Factories, interior fit-outs and retrofits—covering feasibility/business cases, budgeting/forecasting, design review, procurement/vendor selection, execution supervision, and EHS compliance.
- Lease & Transaction Management (incl. negotiations): Identify and secure land and leased premises (offices/warehouses/yards), manage transactions aligned to business needs, and negotiate with landlords/partners while ensuring legal/regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment.
- Portfolio & stakeholder leadership: Drive real estate portfolio development to SE RE standards; ensure cost-efficient locations with optimal occupancy/utilization and sustained asset value; align infrastructure roadmaps with senior management; manage budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) and cost optimization Key Skills

- Customer Orientation Health and Safety for Operation and Construction Qualification for this job is preferred.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical or similar) with proven experience (>5 years) in comparable corporate real estate / facilities environments
- Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate disciplines and services (e.g., asset/property management, facility management, procurement of RE services, and legal aspects)
- Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, communication skills, and social competence Strong coordination, negotiation, and partner management skills
- Sound business administration basics, high ethical standards, and a strong results orientation
- Strong customer orientation
- Knowledge of Siemens Energy (India) organization, business, processes, and internal customer requirements; understanding of the local real estate market is a plus
- Advanced English is required; local language skills are preferred Additional information Siemens Energy Real Estate (SE RE) is responsible for the professional management of the real estate portfolio of Siemens Energy worldwide. SE RE manages the real estate portfolio, operates the properties, responsible for building construction & maintenance projects and the purchase and sales of real estate.
- SE RE shall ensure the use of resources is optimized and sustainable in terms of costs, transparency, and efficiency.
- This includes the acquisition, setup of new commercial/industrial real estate, renovations, disposition of locations and servicing customers with a broad set of service offerings. With innovative concepts such as “Green building “or “Carbon neutral” SE RE support the internal customers in cost reduction by reducing the use of resources and improves energy efficiency

The direct team is spread over Asia pacific and India. We collaborate remotely while everyone has local responsibilities. We also interact internally with other teams such as Finance. And we collaborate with our internal clients
