A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Gas Services Client Manager, you will act as the main interface between the company and key customers in the Oil & Gas and Distributed Generation sectors. Your day will involve managing the reactivation of the long-term customer relationships, coordinating internal teams to ensure contract execution excellence, supporting commercial strategies, and identifying new service and growth opportunities within the Venezuelan energy market. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on customer engagement, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational reliability, deliberating as one company, and sustainable business growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact

● Build/Rebuild, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic customers within the Oil & Gas and Distributed Generation segments.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust throughout the contract lifecycle.

● Lead customer communication regarding service performance, contract obligations, scope changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

● Drive commercial growth by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities in gas services.

● Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain, finance) to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

● Support contract negotiations, renewals, and risk management in alignment with company guidelines and compliance standards.

What You Bring

● Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Technical knowledge or a related field (Master’s or MBA degree is a plus).

● Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, rotative equipment, project management or sales with solid exposure to the local energy market.

● Proven experience managing key customer accounts and long-term service contracts.

● In-depth knowledge of the Venezuelan market, including customers, stakeholders, and industry dynamics.

● Fluent and advance English (written and spoken); Spanish native or fully fluent.

● Strong people management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
