1. Commercial Officer
# Be early involved in the project with Front Line Sales (FLS)/ Technical Support(TS) to get project info and provide value added advices;
# Fulfill contract commercial issue (e.g. well understand INCOTERMS 2020, apply for and monitor bank guarantees, deal with special insurance, POA, NDA, commercial bidding deviation, cost calculation etc.) as well as coordinating the legal, tax topics
# Observe fiscal, business law and commercial regulations applicable within the company
# Be responsible for the accuracy of bidding and order intake calculation, get BRP approval timely, concurrent cost calculation, SAP booking and cost monitoring and analysis.
# Prepare timely billing and invoices under correct revenue recognition method.
2. Accounts receivables
# Monitor receivables, issue dunning letter for overdue
# Coordinate cash collection plan with cash collection team
# Consolidate reporting with cash collection reporting
3. Claim and change order management
# Assert own claims and reject unjustified claims
# Identify and conclude the contractual changes to maximize company’s best interest, with regard to project’s scope of delivery and services, prices, deadlines or other contractual agreements in coordination with the project management
4. Contract management
# Formulate commercial and legal contractual terms and conditions with customers
# Collaborate in negotiations and also formulate and implement contracts in the project
5. Controlling
# Carry out the order intake/order-on-hand/turnover/cash/accrual planning, forecasting, controlling, monitoring and reporting on all or assigned project figures on a monthly basis
# Ensure correct project controlling (scheduling and costs) and right allocation of costs
6. Customer Relationship Management
# Communicate with the customer on all commercial matters on project level
