Be at the center of action driving critical tooling projects that power field operations. In this role, you’ll partner across teams, bring new tooling builds to life, and keep everything moving in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. From sourcing equipment to improving workflows, you’ll help shape how work gets done and push innovation forward.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Own end-to-end tooling kit builds, leveraging Siemens Energy Tool Control and Tracking Program (TCTP) to support field operations from concept through deployment.
  • Drive capital project execution, including funding requests, asset tracking, and on-time delivery.
  • Partner cross-functionally (R&D, product lines, operations) to align tooling design, packaging, and field readiness.
  • Manage suppliers and sourcing, building relationships with fabrication shops and onboarding vendors for specialty components.
  • Optimize tooling operations, improving workflows, inventory control, logistics, and system accuracy within TCTP.
  • Support field success, resolving tooling gaps, enabling training initiatives, and providing on-call support as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong ability to multi-task and solve problems, including resolving competing priorities and conflicts
  • Business and customer-focused mindset, with experience working across internal and/or external networks
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship (internal Siemens Energy employees with existing sponsorship may be eligible to transfer)

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Project Management Professional and/or Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Turbine Generator Service Solutions multi-product line tooling
  • Field experience, with strong Generator Service knowledge

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
