Are you an experienced quality practitioner with a strong customer-centric approach looking to make a significant impact in a thriving business? We are seeking an expert to drive quality excellence across the Europe and Africa Region of Gas Services. You will collaborate with representatives from every domain involved and do what cannot be done to meet and exceed customer expectations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Identify and prioritize complex improvement projects in the Europe and Africa Region of Gas Services
- Implement structured quality management processes
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma to enhance process reliability and reduce inefficiencies
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of risk management activities in the Project Risk Register
- Facilitate Lessons Learned sessions
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field, with experience in Project Management, preferably in Gas Services
- Lean Six Sigma certification (preferably Black Belt) and hands-on experience with related tools and methodologies
- Expertise in Continuous Improvement and Technical Quality Management, including Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and CAPA
- Knowledge of risk and quality management standards like ISO 9001
- Experience with digitalization solutions to enhance reporting processes and the ability to deliver training on quality management
- Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel globally (20-30%). Fluency in German and English required
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
