- Identify and prioritize complex improvement projects in the Europe and Africa Region of Gas Services
- Implement structured quality management processes
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma to enhance process reliability and reduce inefficiencies
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of risk management activities in the Project Risk Register
- Facilitate Lessons Learned sessions
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field, with experience in Project Management, preferably in Gas Services
- Lean Six Sigma certification (preferably Black Belt) and hands-on experience with related tools and methodologies
- Expertise in Continuous Improvement and Technical Quality Management, including Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and CAPA
- Knowledge of risk and quality management standards like ISO 9001
- Experience with digitalization solutions to enhance reporting processes and the ability to deliver training on quality management
- Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel globally (20-30%). Fluency in German and English required
