How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and develop a team of experienced RCA engineers and project managers, setting clear objectives and managing performance to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee technical root cause analysis’ for internal and external customers linked to field issues, ensuring effective solutions and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical problems, supporting testing and validation of product improvements .
- Drive process and quality improvements by evaluating workflows, collaborating with quality assurance, and implementing corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Foster a collaborative environment where team development and continuous improvement are at the forefront.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record in management or team leadership, guiding experienced technical professionals.
- Advanced analytical, collaboration, and workflow management skills.
- Experience in product support, design, or manufacturing engineering for complex systems.
- Expertise in root cause analysis, quality assurance, and continuous improvement methodologies is considered a merit.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
