A Snapshot of Your Day

The Commercial Project Management of long-term service projects in Poland will be in close collaboration with technical portfolio manager or operations hub managers as a commercial partner. Identification, evaluation, and assessment of opportunities and risks, as well as the development of strategies and response measures.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Active communication with customers and development of solutions for commercial issues
• Identification of measures to ensure or improve project results and cash flow
• Ensuring complete and accurate cost postings in SAP
• Ensuring actual reporting and forecasting of key performance indicators (order intake, revenue, gross profit, free cash flow) for the assigned project portfolio
• Ensuring contract and receivables management for assigned projects
• Preparation of all necessary project reports and ensuring controlling activities in cooperation with project controlling
• Representation of the project in relevant internal and external decision-making bodies
• Ensuring active compliance management to foster a culture of trust and integrity

What You Bring

• A passion for renewable energy and the desire to actively shape the energy transition. Additionally, we are looking for...
• At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable education or experience
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience combined with strong business acumen
• Experience in project management is an advantage but not mandatory
• Fluency in Polish (native, if possible), English, both spoken and written
• Advanced knowledge of SAP 4 HANA is mandatory; other financial planning tools are desirable
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management
• Outstanding analytical skills for transparent project controlling
