A Snapshot of Your Day

As part of Siemens Energy’s global SAP S/4HANA transformation, this role provides Program Management and PMO support to the central Test Factory, which delivers standardized, industrialized testing services across all rollout clusters.

The Test Factory is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing endtoend testing activities—including ITC, UAT automation support, Cluster Conflict Testing, Roles & Authorization Testing (RAT) and NonFunctional Testing—while ensuring governance, quality gates, KPI transparency and audit readiness. This role supports structured execution, crossfactory coordination, and management reporting across complex, parallel rollout landscapes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support Test Factory governance, planning, and execution, aligned with S4E program milestones and PM stage gates
  • Coordinate and track testing activities and deliverables across clusters (ITC, UAT automation, Cluster Conflict, RAT, NFR, handover to AMS)
  • level transparency on test progress, risks, dependencies, defects, KPIs, and entry/exit criteria
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, KPI cockpits and decision documents for Test Factory leadership and program governance
  • Act as a central coordination interface between Test Factory leads, rollout cluster teams, Solution Factory, Data Factory, Change Factory, and external partners

What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in IT PMO, program management, or transformation support roles
  • scale ERP transformations, ideally with exposure to testing or quality management

  • Knowledge of project and program management methods (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAP Activate)
