What You Can Expect

Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.

Our Technical Service Managers are the first touchpoints in the planning phase of a project, handling all types of outages worldwide. They act as the direct link between our Field Service and Project Management organization. We are a diverse and agile team from a wide range of fields and highly value openness, honesty and trust when working together. In your role as Technical Service Manager (m/f/d), you will help to ensure efficient project planning in close collaboration with all team members and internal partners with a special focus on quality topics.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

  • Support our Technical Service Managers in delivering the best outage planning by identifying customer needs and acting as a project manager within the Field Service community
  • Implement quality assurance measures in a project; incl. on-site support
  • Actively coordinate project relevant topics between all involved internal & external stakeholders
  • Build networks within Siemens Energy that will be essential for successful stakeholder management
  • Support strategic digitalization and innovation projects as part of the strategic development of our Field Service team

What You Bring

  • Strong team spirit with a leadership approach and strong communication at all company levels, including field colleagues, back-office experts, and executive management
  • Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome
  • A master's or doctoral degree in engineering, industrial/mechanical engineering or a similar technical field
  • Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
  • Excellent English and advanced German skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
