A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Bid Manager/Sales Support in Gas Services for the Middle East, you will oversee the bid process for Open Market Offerings and Long-Term Service Program bids. your role involves collaborating with sales colleagues to develop comprehensive technical proposals and ensuring alignment with internal processes and business models.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage the overall bid process for Open Market Offerings and Long-Term Service Programs.
- Develop and coordinate technical proposals, incorporating inputs from project teams.
- Support sales colleagues in the internal Limits of Authority (LoA) process.
- Set up bid structures in the internal ERP system.
- Collaborate with Business Administration colleagues on tax concepts and business models.
- Analyze customer requirements and devise effective bidding strategies.
What You Bring
- Up to 3 years of experience in bid management or sales support within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of technical proposal development and project coordination.
- Familiarity with internal ERP systems and business administration processes.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate customer requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Familiarity with procedures within the Ministry of Electricity and Water and Renewable Energy and an established network within the Ministry would be appreciated
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
