As an HR Excellence Consultant – People Analytics, you will strengthen HR's ability to take datadriven decisions, shape global reporting governance, and elevate analytical maturity across our global HR community. You will act as connector, advisor, and project colead across HR, enabling consistent standards, harmonized KPIs, and a robust analytics operating model.

What You Bring

You will be part of a global Center of Competence (CoC) HR Strategy, Excellence & Culture, collaborating across regions and functions to drive HR excellence at scale. The team operates as a strategic enabler, combining deep expertise in governance, analytics, and organizational design to support Siemens Energy’s transformation journey.
