About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role, you’ll spend your day assembling and manufacturing large power transformer components in a fast‑paced production environment. You’ll use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment while following detailed work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Working closely with your team and supervisors, you’ll help meet daily production goals, inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the production of large power transformers critical to global energy delivery
- Help increase manufacturing capacity to meet growing customer demand
- Deliver high‑quality work that meets Siemens Energy safety and quality standards
- Contribute to on‑time delivery of customer orders
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Play an essential role in supporting new projects at the Charlotte facility
What You Bring
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or industrial work environments preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, drawings, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn new skills and support multiple production areas
- Team‑oriented attitude with dependable attendance
- High Diploma or equivalent preferred
