About the Role
- Consolidation of resource requirements for the FACTS portfolio (demand vs. capacity by function, location, and time)
- Support of portfolio‑level scenario planning and identification of risks such as bottlenecks, overbooking, and ramp‑up gaps
- Coordination and monitoring of resource ramp‑up initiatives, including hiring, onboarding, and training/qualification activities
- Provision of planning inputs for tenders, including alignment of resource assumptions, schedules, and execution‑readiness perspectives with Tender Managers
- Preparation of management‑ready reporting, dashboards, and briefings, as well as support of governance forums with fact‑based insights
- Continuous improvement of planning routines, templates, and data quality to enhance transparency and decision‑making
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data/Analytics, or a comparable field
- Strong analytical and structuring capabilities with confident use of Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge as an advantage
- Initial practical experience through internships, working student roles, or early professional exposure in planning, PMO, operations, or tender/project environments
- Curiosity for both technical and business topics and confidence in working with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive, self‑starting mindset with clear and effective communication skills in English; German language skills as a plus
- Willingness to collaborate in an international environment and readiness for occasional travel
