Over the course of this two-year program, you will gain hands-on experience and become an active member of your team.

Through three tailored assignments — including an 8-month international placement, you will develop a deep understanding of Siemens Energy’s business and operations.

As a Strategy Professional, you will support the Middle East and Africa region in shaping strategic insights, enhancing market intelligence, and contributing to key business decisions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As part of the Siemens Energy Graduate Program, you will actively contribute to our mission of energizing society and supporting the transition towards a more sustainable future.

You will:

• Support the Middle East & Africa team in developing country-specific insights and regional market intelligence
• Contribute to enhancing the team’s AI and digitalization capabilities
• Collaborate closely with regional top management to identify key growth areas and provide strategic input
• Participate in projects addressing real global energy challenges and delivering impactful solutions

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Strategy, Marketing, or a related field
• Initial experience through internships or working student roles, ideally within the region
• Up to 36 months of professional experience (optional but welcome)
• At least 3 months of international exposure (study or work)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with a strong interest in AI and digital tools
• Good understanding of the energy market and regional business environment
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally
