We are excited to announce a new opportunity within our Global Systems team for an Experienced Professional dedicated to insourcing support services for the Avature Talent Acquisition Suite. This role is essential for ensuring business continuity as we transition from our current vendor contract. You will play a critical role in maintaining the operational stability and functionality of our core recruiting platform.

In this position, you will focus on two key areas: Avature System Testing & Quality Assurance and Application Support & Requirements Analysis.

How you’ll make a difference

  • Rigorously test all system changes, managing defects, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional system requirements
  • Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance test cases for Avature workflows, forms, and processes
  • Identify, document, and track defects or inconsistencies, working with developers and system administrators to resolve issues
  • Validate system configurations, permissions, business rules, and data flows to ensure they meet business and compliance requirements
  • Test customizations, new features, upgrades, and patches, ensuring they align with technical specifications
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and summary reports
  • Analyze business requirements and technical specifications related to the Avature Talent Acquisition Suite and its integrations
  • Collaborate with HR, recruiting teams, and developers to understand business processes and gather test requirements
  • Participate in release management activities, including post-deployment validation and end-user support
  • Provide guidance and support during end-user acceptance testing
  • Stay current with Avature platform updates, testing best practices, and relevant HR technology trends to recommend process improvements

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or Quality Assurance Tester, preferably with talent acquisition systems (e.g., Avature, Workday Recruiting)
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the full software development lifecycle
  • proven experience in testing HRIS or talent acquisition systems, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of software testing methodologies
  • You should be able to work independently to ensure the platform effectively supports our global talent acquisition strategy
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Test Planning, Troubleshooting (Problem Solving) and system configuration
