Snapshot of Your Day
As part of the Work Package Sourcing team, you will play a key role in managing subcontractors and vendors for offshore wind preassembly and port operations. Your day will involve balancing procurement execution, supplier performance oversight, and strategic sourcing initiatives—ensuring smooth collaboration between suppliers and internal teams while driving efficiency and value across the supply chain.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage the end-to-end subcontractor and vendor lifecycle, from sourcing and qualification to contract administration
- Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions to secure optimal commercial outcomes
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, acting as the main point of contact
- Collaborate with project and construction teams to ensure alignment on timelines, quality, and delivery
- Contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives, including market analysis and process optimization
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, subcontractor management, or supply chain, ideally in industrial or project-based environments
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and identify improvement opportunities
- Familiarity with procurement tools and systems (e.g., SAP)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach
