A Snapshot of Your Day

You’ll provide administrative and operational support across port activities, helping ensure the smooth coordination of daily operations. Working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll support logistics, documentation, and office processes. Your role will be dynamic, adapting to evolving business needs, with a proactive approach key to success. You’ll typically work within core office hours, with flexibility to support the port’s 24/7 operations when required.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Be at the heart of port operations, keeping daily activities running smoothly and efficiently
  • Build strong relationships across teams and with external partners to keep communication flowing
  • Take ownership of key documentation and compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and high standards
  • Play a key role in financial administration, confidently managing invoices and tracking spend
  • Organise travel, meetings, and site logistics—making complex coordination look effortless
  • Create a well-run, organised office environment that supports team productivity
  • Provide direct support to the Global Head of PREA, gaining exposure to senior leadership
  • Act as a trusted support to management, helping drive effective decisions and operational success

What You Bring

  • A genuine passion for renewable energy and a desire to contribute to a more sustainable future
  • Experience in office management or a similar administrative environment (preferred)
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to take initiative
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP, ARIBA, or similar procurement systems is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with confidence working across all levels of a large organisation
