About the Role
- Financial Analysis and Forecasting/Budgeting
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making, and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance
- Own the monthly balance sheet and free cash flow forecasting process for parts and repairs.
- Collaborate with the team on the annual budget and the monthly P&L forecast process, monitor budget/forecast performance and provide variance analysis.
- Independently manage the repair in kind and percentage of completion repair projects
- Support the order to cash life cycle by partnering with the order management team to ensure accurate order setup, timely billing execution, and cash collection.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies, and collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits
- Serve as a financial advisor to parts and repairs management and other stakeholders, effectively communicating financial information to non-financial personnel.
- Partner closely with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives
- Evaluate and enhance financial processes for efficiency and effectiveness, and leverage technology to streamline financial operations.
- Share and implement best practices in financial management and reporting.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.
- Experience in project implementation, contract or order administration, or commercial management, and knowledge of construction accounting, including completed performance method and percentage of completion method application.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
