A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our team as a Team Assistant and play a pivotal role in supporting the expanding EU & Africa Onshore Field Service hubs in Hungary. Your day will be filled with dynamic tasks that ensure business continuity and operational efficiency. You’ll provide comprehensive administrative support to Team Leaders, manage calendars, and organize team events. As the central point of contact, you’ll facilitate communication and address inquiries, ensuring smooth workflows. Your expertise in data management and reporting will help maintain accurate records and support decision-making processes. This role is your opportunity to make a significant impact by creating a more efficient operational backbone for our Budapest-based teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Act as the central contact for the team, organizing events and managing logistics.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and support onboarding processes for new team members.
  • Maintain and update team records and databases with precision.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review.

What You Bring

  • Vocational training or an Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in a senior administrative assistant or team support role.
  • Proficiency in SAP applications, data entry, and order processing.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in a corporate, international, or technical service environment is advantageous.
