Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.

We are seeking a highly potential and future Service Project Manager to manage our LTP and various service projects. The successful candidate will drive project success by ensuring alignment with business goals, managing cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Long Term Program projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and customer requirements; develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope; monitor project performance using key metrics, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all project phases; perform lessons learned activities and feed the results into current and future projects; take full responsibility for the financial results according to set targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication; lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to drive project success and mitigate risks; facilitate regular project meetings and provide transparent status updates to all stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Basic knowledge on project management methodologies (PMI or IPMA) and communication skill
• Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome
• A master's or doctoral degree in Machinal engineering or a related engineering field
• Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
• Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
